Honeymoon itinerary: Are we crazy?

We are currently planning our honeymoon for November 2025 and after alot of deliberation we’ve kinda agreed that the Maldives and an African safari are two big bucket list items of ours. Are we crazy to try to combine the two? We plan on going for about 3 weeks and plan on using almost all points for business class flights each leg and for our stays. Ideally we would combine another city like Dubai or Singapore (to connect to the Maldives) or Paris (to connect to Kenya) for about 4 nights prior to heading to Maldives (7ish nights) and then to Africa (5-7 nights). Has anyone done this? I know a lot of people will want to see substitute the Maldives for the Seychelles but we are pretty set on a certain resort in the Maldives. Would love to hear if anyone has combined these two or if you think we’re crazy for that amount of travel time (ex: Chicago to Singapore, to the Maldives, to Kenya, back to Chicago). We haven’t flown business before so we aren’t sure how much less exhausting it is. Thank you for your input!
