Honeymoon still not set in stone; help!

Just got married October 4th and still haven't picked out Honeymoon destination(s). We have at minimum December 13th-January 4th, but could extend it longer into January if needed. We would love to go to Germany, but might have to put that off until another year. We are considering Banff and Whistler, but would love recommendations in Canada or west-side states that evoke European Christmas market, spas, snowshoeing, in suite jacuzzi or patio hot tubs. We would love to explore a bit out in nature, but still have that sense of relaxation you'd get with a tropical destination. We are open to city strolling as well if there are good art museums, food, and other must see scenaries.
