Honeymoon suggestions!

I am getting married May 2026 and we are struggling to pick a honeymoon destination to get to from the west coast of Canada. We usually go to Mexico once a year and looove to just relax and have beach and pool days. We are looking for something super relaxing, but also a bit adventurous. We love Europe, have been to Italy, France and Croatia. Wanting to go somewhere we haven’t been yet together. We are thinking of going middle of September-October as we aren’t able to go right after our wedding. Any recommendations would be great. Some places we have thought of so far: Portugal/Spain/morocco, Hawaii, south east asia, Japan (worried it will be too busy and not super relaxing). Would love to hear where everyone went on their honeymoons!
