Honeymoon suggestions – fall 2026

Hi everyone!

My fiancé and I are getting married in May, but we won't be going to a honeymoon until October/November 2026 because we want to be in town for the summer (we live in Chicago). I'd love to get some suggestions for places to visit since I have never ending list.

Here are our criteria: – 15 day trip (including weekends) – 2 locations: ideally location 1 is "on the way" to location 2 (for example. Chicago to Maui to Bali to Chicago) – somewhere tropical and warm (not the Caribbean) – outside of the US (with the exception of Hawaii) – lot of relaxing with a little bit of exploring. We usually love to explore but since this is the honeymoon, we're looking to have like 60-70% relax/30-40% adventure – no budget
