Honeymoon surprise for my fiancé, looking for a cabin-in-the-woods vibe on the West Coast or Canada. Getting married in December!

All inclusive would be lovely but not required. Anyone have any recommendations or ideas? I’ve heard Lone Mountain in Montana, but I believe they are full. Thank you so much!!!
