International Honeymoon places in February ?

I'm getting married in Feb and want to plan my honeymoon in in February. I am an Indian and want visit some place outside India. I don't want to visit some common options like Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, Mauritius and Maldives where a lot of Indians already visit.

I thought of European options like Paris and Switzerland. – But in Feb it will be very snowy in swiss and could ruin or honeymoon. We want a bit pleasant weather as well.
We thought of Greece, but a must visit place Santorini is mostly closed in Feb due to off season.

What other good options do we have ?
New-Zealand currently looks very expensive. My budget is around 4-5L and want it to be 7-10 days.
