Italian & French Riviera

Hi everyone! My husband and I are planning our honeymoon this July and would love your recommendations for food, nightlife, boating, and anything else we shouldn't miss.

Here’s our itinerary:

• Florence – 2 days Looking for must-try restaurants (we love pasta and wine!), aperitivo spots, and any hidden gems. We’re not trying to cram in every tourist site but definitely want to enjoy the vibe and maybe squeeze in one museum or viewpoint.
• Santa Margherita Ligure – 4 days We’re staying here instead of Portofino and are super interested in boat day trips (maybe to San Fruttuoso or around the coast), relaxing beaches, and good seafood. Any nearby towns worth exploring?
• Cannes – 5 days We’re ending our trip here and want to experience the beach club scene (but not anything too crazy), romantic dinners, and maybe a day trip to Antibes or Èze. Also open to boat rentals or joining a small group cruise.

We’re a couple in our early 30s who love good food, chill but fun nights out, and mixing culture with downtime.
