Italy or Cape Town / Safari

Honeymoon Destination Help Please

Hello – partner and I are debating two holidays for our honeymoon.

First one being a tour of Italy. Renting a car and driving from the North of Italy to South Italy exploring all major cities / wine regions and lakes. (2.5 weeks)

Second choice being a trip to Cape Town and then to a safari. Again will be around 2.5 weeks.

What do people recommend? Seems like there are pros and cons to both holidays. (Distance travelled, safety, etc). Italy feels the more easier to organise but Cape Town / safari feels more like a once in a lifetime experience trip. Both from the U.K. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
