Italy/switzerland sept 2026

Hi everyone, starting to plan honey moon for 2 weeks around Labor Day 2026, feeling overwhelmed with trying to plan everything. Rough idea right now is to maybe do 2 towns in Italy such as Florence and Rome and hit one town in Switzerland for beautiful mountain scenery and hiking for a few days. Budget ideally around $10k total and priorities are scenery, good food, hiking, cute towns/shops/restaurants. Does anyone have good recs for where to stay, and what town in Switzerland may be a good choice? Per my cursory internet searches, interlaken or Lucerne look good. Any advice would be appreciated! We live on the east coast.
