Itinerary suggestions for a 7-day Honeymoon in month of May.

We were planning to visit Mauritius in the month of May and have created a rough itinerary below.
Can you please help us in suggesting any improvements to the itinerary, hotel/resort suggestions and any tips.

Day1:
Region of stay: North
Arrive at 8 AM and check-in.
Relax at the hotel or explore nearby Grand Baie Beach and Pereybere Beach.
Sunset at Cap Malheureux (Red Roof Chapel).

Day2:
Region of stay:Same as Above
Visit the below Places-
Pamplemousses Botanical Garden
Caudan Waterfront
Central Market
Aapravasi Ghat
Trou-aux-Biches Beach

Day3:
Region of Stay: Same as above
Water Activities at Ile aux Cerfs

Day4:
Region of Stay: South
Visit the below Places-
Trou Aux Cerf Volcanic crater
Grand Basin
Black River Gorge
Chamarel
La Vallée Des Couleurs Nature Park

Day5:
Region of Stay: Same as above
Le Morne Hike
Flic en Flac Beach

Day6:
Region of Stay: Same as above
Albion Light House
Beach Hopping

Day7:
Leave hotel for Airport on the morning.

Few Points:
1. We want to do parasailing, underwater walk, scuba and other water activities. Are these available in Le Aux cerfs or which are the best spots to do these activities?
2. We are looking for hotels with sea views.
3. Any must visit places missing from the itinerary? 4. Are all the roads open for 2 wheelers as I was planning to do the entire trip on 2 wheeler. 5. Can you please suggest some good hotels for stay.
