Hi everyone! My fiancé and I were supposed to get married in Asheville, NC next week but Hurricane Helene unfortunately had other plans. We’ve rescheduled our big day for next June and are now starting to plan a honeymoon. We had no plans of going on one after our October date, but decided we deserve a trip after the stress of re-planning a wedding!
Neither of us have ever been to anywhere in the Caribbean besides the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas. We’re looking for suggestions based on the below!

Open to all-inclusive, but definitely not a must.

Somewhere considered very safe – we’ve read great things about Antigua, Barbados and BVI. We had a not-so-great experience in Punta Cana.

Great food, whether it be at the resort or off-property.

Reasonable to get to from the Baltimore/DC area.
