Just booked our venue, now considering honeymoon destinations

Hello! My fiancé and I just booked our wedding venue yesterday for June of next year and are looking into where we may go for our honeymoon. I’m clueless on anything and everything there is to do with planning the honeymoon, so I’d just like to throw out some info and maybe get some advice! We would like to be gone for at least a week, and would honestly prefer more time from home over spending a lot of money on a place we’re only at for a few days. We’re bringing in about $60k a year, and the wedding budget is very low because we’d prefer to put in a bit more $ for the honeymoon 🙂 After looking into Caribbean locations with Sandals we’re definitely interested in going to an all-inclusive resort, but it seems really pricey. We’ve also considered a cruise. With our combined income I’m not sure what a realistic budget even looks like for the honeymoon. Travel agents are definitely okay, because I am so lost! Any advice on locations, budgeting, and planning would be really appreciated 🙂
