Last Minute October

Hello! My husband just brought up the idea of going on our honeymoon on our 1 year anniversary in early October. I am now scrambling to figure out where to stay since it is hurricane season. We can stay for up to 10 days, but would probably only do 7 if it is a traditional resort. Our budget is a little flexible, ideally would like to keep it around 10k with flights from MSP

We would like a mix of relaxing beach time/pool time and adventure like snorkeling, sunset cruises

We do care a little bit about quality of food and enjoy nice meals

Our dream destination is probably Hawaii with a combination of Maui/Oahu I have also looked into a few resorts in St.Lucia and Jamaica.

If anyone has any suggestions on resorts or locations in general I would greatly appreciate it!
