Location experience for January

We are looking to go to our honeymoon after 15 years. We are ideally looking for all inclusive resorts w beach access and either resorts that have fun activities or a location that is safe to go outside and explore

Current locations we are considering are st Lucia, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Hawaii, Costa Rica and Aruba

Any advice based on experience would be greatly appreciated
