Location Suggestions for Jan/Feb? (Not Caribbean)

I really wanted to do Lisbon & the Azores but sadly it just isn't going to work out timing wise! We're looking for somewhere warm, we want to stay at a nice resort for at least part of the time but also have the ability to explore nature outside of the resort.

We'll have about 10 days and about $8-9k to spend.

We've already been to the Caribbean and Mexico a bunch recently so we're looking for something outside of that! We met in Hawaii so that could be cute, but it's also super expensive.
