Looking for an easy way to plan a multi country honeymoon

Hi all!

I am getting married and wanted to start planning my honeymoon. We are planning on doing a month long honeymoon and hitting multiple cities/ countries. I was wondering if there are any websites or tools that make this sort of thing easier, for example by showing which destinations to do in which order.

For example if I wanted to go to singapore, malaysia and thailand – I want a site that would plan the most efficient route for that.
