Looking for resort recommendations

Looking for recommendations for a honeymoon destination for my fiancé and I for about 5-7 nights in early December (thinking the 3-10th).

In terms of budget, I think our maximum budget would be about $5000 CAD total. We would be flying out of Toronto.

We are flexible on location as long as it has what we’re looking for!

Our non-negotiables are 1) Adults only resorts/hotels 2) All – inclusive options/packages 3) Clean facilities 4) High quality food options (we’ve been to Sandos Cancun before for a wedding, we were only there a few days and didn’t love their buffet but liked the japanese steakhouse and other restaurant)

We would love to find a place that has some activities available either on resort or close by (planned nighttime events, a spa or options for activities like snorkelling or boating)

My fiancé was looking at Sandals resorts but I think that’s out of our price range. We were recommended the Bahia principe resorts in Punts Cana and are potentially considering one of their adult only options but would love other recommendations!
