Maldives Honeymoon Recommendations

Hi all,

My wife and I are planning a honeymoon in the Maldives at the end of September 2025.

I have been researching a lot the last few days but am really struggling to find resorts that meet our criteria.

We are looking to stay for 10-11 days. Looking for a mid-level resort. Want to avoid the budget resorts, as we still want a 5 star premium kind of stay, but can't afford the really premium resorts.

We have a total budget of about $8.5-10k usd, which ideally includes food (half-board, full-board, or AI). Ideally we also want something within reach of a speedboat transfer and not seaplane to avoid the extra $1k. Though we will if needed.

So roughly, $750-900 per night inclusive of food. Would appreciate any advice and recommendations!
