Mauritus resort or hotel recommendations in late March/April?

Hi all,

We're currently planning our Honeymoon for late March/early April next year and have settled on Mauritus. We're looking for somewhere with a lovely beach and good quality food, we're not fussed about all inclusive as neither of us are big drinkers. We're also not fussed on being somewhere where there's loads to do as we're happy to just chill on the beach and relax. Total budget including flights from the UK is £6000 – £8000. Which hotels would you recommend?!
