Mid February Honeymoon

Hello everyone, My fiancé and I am planning a 10 days honeymoon in mid of February 2025. Initially we wanted to go to Switzerland but given the weather and less day light hours, have dropped the idea. We are now considering Central Asian countries, Turkey or Georgia. Can anyone suggest which would be best. Our requirements are it should not be extremely cold, have some nice landscape and welcoming people. Also we are not considering any beach or tropical countries currently for this trip. In short, I would like to know some countries which you guys can recommend( in Asia or Europe) for February.
