Mid October 2026 Honeymoon?

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for honeymoon destinations for October 2026. My fiancé and I prefer a more adventurous honeymoon (cities) with a little bit of relaxing time. We were thinking Italy but I heard beach clubs close early October so I’d hate to plan our trip expecting some relaxing beach club time and they’re all closed. Please no islands or tropical destinations, we just got back from Hawaii and are doing Cabo in January.
