Mini moon in ireland with childre

Hi all. Would anyone have a suggestion for a mini moon, in ireland with 2 children? We dont have anyone willing to mind the boys, as they are full of energy and craziness. So we are trying to go somewhere for 2 nights with them. Would anyone have suggestions for a 2 night break in the South East/Midland of Ireland? Thanks
