My fiancés boss effectively canceled our honeymoon

We planned to elope in January, then throw a party for family/friends in July. This July party was going to be followed by a 2 week trip to visit international relatives and have a small honeymoon for ourselves. My fiancée’s boss recently told us she is pregnant and will be on maternity leave all summer, so she’ll need my fiancée to take over the business while she’s on leave. We can’t travel after her maternity leave is finished because I start another year of graduate school, and we can’t travel before her leave begins because I’ll still be in school/my fiancée will be busy trying to get through the busy season at work. I asked if he thought it would be possible to just close the small business for two weeks due to the boss giving birth and main employee getting married, but he doesn’t think this will fly. So our honeymoon is impossible and we won’t be able to see international family for another two summers.
