My husband and I would like to go somewhere outside of the U.S. where its definitely tropical, but also affordable and not too popular/touristy. Looking for a more private island and/or less traveled where the water is warm year-round and also crystal clear! The clearer the better. We don't really care for long flights over 4-6 hours, so here's hoping to find something closer to the U.S. but not in a SUPER crowded, touristy destination.
Can be a cruise or a resort trip. Perhaps a little of both where we can leave the ship for a day and walk around to do our own thing! We have a budget of $7,500 USD for up to 12 days. ANY SUGGESTIONS!?
Bonus if we can swim with dolphins!!
