Need some more advice – Maldives Honeymoon – All inclusive – no more than 30 mins speedboat transfer

So we've narrowed down our priorities:

• No more than 30 mins speedboat transfer from and to the airport
• All inclusive
• budget: max is $2000
• overwater bungalow or villa with private pool
• More than 3 restaurants on the actual resort itself instead

We have looked at the following resorts:

* Velassaru Maldives

* Kuda Villingili Maldives

Do you guys have any experience with going to the following and recommend for or against these two?

OR

Does anyone have any other resorts they could recommend?

Really any advice is appreciated.

P.S. We talked to a few agents already but they can't seem to bring the rates down – they are giving me the same rates as when I try to book directly myself
