Need suggestions for my anniversary

Hello all,

My second wedding anniversary is coming up in December. Actually its on Christmas eve. But due to lot holiday for restaurant and everything I wanted to finish the anniversary in 1 or two days before or after. I want to spend more than a week in that destination.

My first year was at maui in Hawaii island. It was fantastic. Now I am looking same for my second anniversary as well. Guys our budget can be around $1500 per Person. Im was thinking of costa rica also lot of islands we have in carribian side also pacific side. Help me with any of the destination.

I want to experience love, city, food and beaches, snorkeling. Hiking and want to be lost in nature for a week basically.
