November honeymoon help

Hello everyone. My wife to be and I are trying to plan a November honeymoon but are stuck on where to go. We usually take vacations doing hikes, outdoor activities, mountains, etc. We would like to do something tropical given the time of year. Our problem is we aren’t “sit on the beach all day” kind of people. Will we do it? Sure, but we want other activities to do. What does everyone recommend on where to go and have plenty of things to do to keep us busy? We’re open to pretty much anything outside of tropical get aways as well. Just no cruises. We love doing national parks too if weather allows. Thank you for the help!
