November Honeymoon suggestions? Not interested in beaches

Hi all! Getting married in early November (yay!) and planning to honeymoon right after — but we haven’t picked a spot yet and would love some ideas!

We’re looking for somewhere with charm, good food, pretty views, and some culture, not a beach resort. We’ve loved cities like Vienna and Barcelona, but would love something a bit more off the beaten path. We’re okay with cooler weather (cozy sweaters and wine are a plus), just not freezing or rainy the whole time.

We’ve considered places like Croatia, Argentina, and Scotland — but we’re open! Somewhere fun, photogenic, and not too touristy would be ideal. Any suggestions or experience with any of the above listed?
