October 2025 Honeymoon recommendations- warm climate

Hi! We are planning honeymoon in early October 2025, I’d like to hear any recommendations for places, resorts, hotels. We are looking for luxury, but not too insanely priced. Ideally beach, with some outdoor activities. Any one have some recommendations in the Caribbean? I am not sure I am ready for a long flight (we live in NYC) but open to something less than 10 hours.
