October Spain honeymoon

Hi! Looking for suggestions for our mid/late October honeymoon (10/18-11/1). We are doing 2 weeks in Spain and were thinking of splitting up the days between the Canary Islands (Tenerife) and mainland Spain (Barcelona and Valencia or Seville). Wondering if this is doable or too much. We want to spend some time relaxing as well as sightseeing. Interested in beach/pool days, food experiences, wine tastings, and culture. Also wondering how travel is between the islands to Spain. Any recommendations please!
