Open to Recs – Impression Moxché by Secrets (Playa del Carmen, Mexico)

A bit of a specific question here – has anyone been able to use Chase points to book at this resort?

For context, I have 303k in Chase points to use for us to honeymoon here (open to recommendations to other resorts elsewhere if you have any!!). We’d prefer an adults only resort by a beach with good food hence this selection. We’re looking to go anywhere between December 12th through January 12th, preferably for 6-7 days.

I was looking to book a room on the Preferred Club or Impressions Moxchè side, but am I right that it costs 100k points per night?

Any help is appreciated as I’m new to using points for travel!!
