Overwhelmed with options and past threads – Looking for an affordable all inclusive resort somewhere in the Carribean

Late April, somewhere with a nice warm beach with things to do. Ideally, we'd like to stick to around 1500pp but I don't know how too realistic that is! Any input would be appreciated.
