Planning a honeymoon (~2 weeks) to the Philippines and/or Bali in November or December. Any advice or recommendations?

Self explanatory title. Looking for fun adventures, somewhat budget friendly villas/hotels (seen a lot on AirBNB!) and general recommendations about honeymooning in the area.
