Prague/Vienna honeymoon in February

So we decided on having our honeymoon around Valentine’s Day in Prague/Vienna. We’re not too into the tropical sort of honeymoon so we were looking for a snowy cozy honeymoon, where we can go to indoor spas, romantic, candlelight dinners, operas, museums, shopping, and maybe a couples boudoir photo shoot. We were thinking about Prague/Vienna honestly, I wanted to do krakow but he’s from Poland so probably not haha. Any one who’s done this? How did you like it? Do they have a big valentines celebration there? Any hotel recommendations??
