Rarely mentioned but worth the hype honeymoon destinations?

My partner and I are getting married next year. We would love to go somewhere/ go on a trip that is off the beaten track for our honeymoon. Has anyone any rarely mentioned gems they’d suggest?

So far we have thought of: Ski trip in Banff, Canada Alaskan Cruise Roadtrip (Route 66 type but not specifically).

Also I should mention we’d be travelling from Western Europe.
