My husband and I just got married and are looking forward to finally having our honeymoon next August. We’re aware it would be peak travel season + rainier weather in most places but we’d like for it to coincide with our first anniversary. Our wants are:
- outside the US
- not Jamaica or Mexico (been already)
- outdoor activities (we love to hike)
- waterfront hotels are a bonus
- under $5k US excluding flights
- preferably Europe/Asia
I’ve been looking into Thailand, which seems within budget and Iceland, possibly out of budget. Would appreciate any feedback or suggestions!
