Relax focused Italy honeymoon!

Hi everyone! My husband and I would like to travel to Italy for our honeymoon in October. We’re looking at going for 2 weeks and maybe a bit longer, we're less interested in the tourist activities and want to just get to nice areas, explore, eat good food and drink good drinks, generally relax, etc.

Since we’re based in Dubai Emirates operate flight to Rome & Milan so

We are weighing several options: 1. ⁠Rome, Amalfi coast, como lake & Milan 2. ⁠Como lake, portofino, Sicily & Rome 3. ⁠Milan , Venice, Tuscany & Rome

I am leaning towards option #2 but would appreciate any insight at all.
