Safari + beach ( 1 week in may )

Hi everyone 👋
We’re planning our honeymoon in May to south africa

Plan so far:

• Safari : We’re deciding between Pilanesberg or Kruger , We want a comfortable lodge (no camping), but nothing ultra-luxury either.
• After safari : Torn between Mauritius all-inclusive or Cape Town romantic hotel with a heated pool, near the beach

Questions:

• For 3 days in May, is Pilanesberg enough to see the Big 5, or is Kruger worth the extra effort (any safari recs) ?
• Would you pick Mauritius or Cape Town?
• Any recommendations for hotels that fit this mid-budget range?
