Seeking advice on planning my Honeymoon next year (Nov-Dec)

Hi everyone!

We're planning our honeymoon for mid-November to early December next year. While it feels early, we want to budget properly and explore our options.

We’d like to divide our trip into two parts:

Adventure and Exploration: We’re looking for a beautiful city or a place rich in history to explore. Experiences like watching the Northern Lights are also appealing—just a thought! Relaxation: For the second part, we want some downtime, ideally at a resort or on a cruise. We're also open to staying in a cozy cabin in a colder location.

We’re open to mixing both aspects, such as choosing a cruise that visits interesting destinations, for example.

Our budget is between $5k and $8k (this is not final, we can adapt but it is best if we stay on this range), and we’re particularly interested in places that might be less accessible once we start a family, making this trip extra special. We would be traveling from the US. We have around 10 days.
