September 2025 in Italy – Budgeting

My fiance and I are are getting married 9/6/25 and our dream honeymoon would be Italy. Both he and I have never been. We are looking at a 9 day stay. I will be doing a Summer camp project that pays about $6,100. I want to use it all for our flights and hotel. How much would you say we should budget for the other expenses? Food, taxis, trains, activities, etc? We are looking at being in Rome but also exploring around as much as we can… within a budget. Kind of an oxymoron but here we are! Thanks so much!
