South Africa Honeymoon – October

We are thinking of visiting South Africa for our honeymoon (11 days in October) and our overall budget is $15k-$20k. We are looking for advice on where to say for safari and in Cape Town.

For safari, we are not sure whether to do Kruger or Sabi Sands. We know Sabi Sands is more expensive, but may be worth it for the ability to off road/smaller crowds. We're thinking 4 days for safari. Is it better to stay in one place or do 2 nights in Sabi Sands and 2 nights in Kruger. We're struggling to pick a lodge. We'd like something luxurious (but probably don't need ultra luxury) and with the highest chance of seeing the big 5.

In Cape Town, we looked at One & Only and Cape Grace but they were both around $1500 a night. We'd prefer to pay $400 or less per night in Cape Town.
