Sri Lanka and Zika

We're going on honeymoon in a few months and booked Sri Lanka a while back as this was on the 'Zika Free' list at the time of booking

We've now noticed there is a risk of Zika in the country, we can't cancel the holiday we'd lose out on thousands. We know we now need to be careful for up to three months after. If we fall pregnant after the three months is it likely baby would be effected still or ok?
