St.Lucia Covid testing. HELP

i leave sunday for ST. Lucia for our honeymoon.
This covid testing is hurting my brain and pissing me off.
the website says get a "RT-PCR covid test"

I keep seeing places that offer "PCR" test. are those the same? Are they both accepted for entry?

Best response would be from somebody who went recently and had the to deal with same restriction that they currently have now.
