Thailand Honeymoon Early December

Is December a good time to visit Thailand for a honeymoon? Especially weather wise.

Is Thailand a good option for a honeymoon in general? If so, which parts specifically? I did some research in this thread and it seems like the following should be prioritized:

1. Bangkok (City)
2. ⁠Chiang Mai (Temples/Mountains)
3. ⁠Beach (Select 1): Phuket (Luxury Resort/Tourist), Ko Phi Phi (Party), Krabi (Relaxing)
4. ⁠Koh Sumui (Beach, Food, Luxury Hotel, All of the above)

We value great dining, upscale hotels, a walkable city environment, nightlife and nature. Thailand seems to capture what we are looking for, it also seems Bali could be a comparative option but would love to hear everyone's thoughts.
