Thailand – Transportation Planning

Hi! We have begun our honeymoon planning for an 11 day trip to Thailand in February 2026. We both enjoy planning and like the idea of planning it ourselves without the use of an agency, but our one "concern" is our transportation to tours/airports/other destinations.

For those of you that have been before, did you arrange all transfers through your hotels/resorts or did you find a local company to take you places? Appreciate any and all advice!
