Tuscany and Santorini

We are planning a two-ish week honeymoon in early Sept 2024. I know I will get a bit bored at a beach for two weeks so considering something like 5 days in Tuscany for food and wine and then trying to make it over to Santorini for another 5 days. Questions are 1) is that crazy to do and 2) what’s the easiest way to connect the two?

I know we could replace Santorini with Amalfi but been there and looking for a little more of a once in a lifetime trip experience.
