Unique honeymoon destinations for summer 2026?

My fiancé and I are getting married end of May 2026 and are struggling to decide on where to go for our honeymoon! We want to go in the summer (June-August 2026) following our wedding and were initially thinking Taiwan or Vietnam but have been put off by the humidity and heavy rainfall.

So I'm hoping someone can share any ideas or suggestions to help 🙂 (flying out of Toronto for context and not able to travel sept-dec which is why we are set on the summer months)

What we are looking for:

1. Good food (one of us is pescetarian) – we particularly love bakeries and street food!
2. Mix of city and nature/somewhere to relax that still has things to do/activities
3. 2 weeks (could extend to 3 weeks but prefer to keep it at 2 to not go into unpaid holiday days)
4. Good weather (doesn't have to be the perfect time of year, just not the worst haha)

Open to anywhere in the world outside of Europe, Canada, USA, and Thailand (places we have lived and/or extensively travelled throughout). Not necessarily looking for a "typical" honeymoon destination.
