Wellness/holistic couples retreat recommendations?

Looking for recommendations for a wellness couples retreat spa type of place that provides couples specific wellness activities like tantric yoga, chakra alignment, massage, mud baths, sound baths and other types of exercises or therapies that can bring us closer together as a couple!

Preferably in the US but open to outside the US as well!
