Western US, May Honeymoon

Hey all! We’re dragging our feet on planning our honey moon and are looking for some help. Looking for western US destinations for our May honeymoon. We’re primarily interested in all inclusive or similar packages. We’ve never left the east coast and would love to see some of the mountains or deserts out west and would love a great view. We aren’t interested in doing too many activities so that isn’t a concern. Thanks in advance!
