What’s a reasonable budget for a 3 week honeymoon in Thailand?

Planning to spend our honeymoon in Thailand and want to hire a travel agent to handle the logistics & planning and they want us to provide a budget. Does $10k (USD) total for 2 people seem like a reasonable budget including all accommodations (4-5 star hotels), domestic flights, experiences, etc? We already have an international flight booked to/from Bangkok
